For years, movement was something I did on weekends. A way to sweat, release, and feel free. But after climbing the corporate ladder in the fast-paced world of fashion retail, constantly chasing deadlines and boarding planes, I found myself completely disconnected from my body and my joy. Eventually, burnout broke me. I left my corporate job and took myself to Bali in pieces, hoping that with enough space, I could find a way to put them all back together. Yoga teacher training cracked me open.
Tears streamed down my face during every Savasana as my body began to release everything it had carried for so long. I slowly healed and started to remember who I really was. What I found wasn’t just flexibility or strength. It was clarity, purpose, and a deep sense of belonging within my own skin.
Now I teach yoga and Pilates to help others reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and move through life with more softness and strength. The movement helped me rediscover my confidence. It is carrying me through one of the most transformative seasons of my life, pregnancy. And it continues to be the anchor that holds me as I grow into this new chapter. I believe we all carry that power within us. The ability to heal. To return to ourselves. To transform from within. That’s what I’m here to share.
